IQF – Cheese:

      • Brie Cheese -A soft cow’s-milk cheese, having a creamy texture and a mild flavor, originally from Brie region of France.
      • Cheddar Cheese – A natural cheese, relatively hard, off-white, often sharp-tasting, originated in Cheddar in Somerset and is now produced all over the world.
      • Mozzarella Cheese – A semi-soft, non-aged cheese that originated in southern Italy, used in dishes like pizza and Caprese salad.  – Mozzarella Cow cheese – Mozzarella Buffalo cheese
